The five-bedroom Main House has water views throughout the house. The first floor has east and west wings, that connect via a large foyer with a Sitting Area that has glass doors that open toward the water and backyard. The east wing features an open Great Room with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas, all framed by a wall of glass windows and doors that look out over Nantucket Sound. The Living Area has sectional seating, media center with large screen TV and 10-foot rear projection movie screen. French doors open to a glass-walled Sitting Room that also connects to the Dining Area. The Dining Area is also framed by walls of glass windows and doors that look out to the water.

Both the Dining And Living Areas open to a large, fully-equipped Chef's Kitchen with center prep island/breakfast bar, commercial appliances, and lots of cooking and prep space. The grand Kitchen area features professional-grade appliances, a center island for additional food prep area and breakfast bar, plus a pantry. Another set of French Doors opens from the Kitchen/Living Area to a spacious screened porch for outdoor lounging, dining and entertaining. The Porch has retractable screens and overlooks the pool, and Nantucket Sound. The pool and pool area are works of art in themselves. The 31x62-foot heated, saltwater pool has a built-in spa and fountains. There is a large fieldstone patio with lounge and sunning areas. The entire compound is surrounded by expansive lawns that roll down to water's edge, with Eel Pond on one side and Fuller Street Beach on the other. Should you ever decide to leave the compound, downtown Edgartown Village with its restaurants, shops, and harbor, is a short stroll or bike ride away.

NOTE: There is a 2-Week Minimum. Tenant receives a $500 pool heat allowance to heat in July and August at 81 degrees, and is billed for any additional charges for pool heat fees outside of this allowance.

WIFI NOTE: There is wifi in the main house and outside in the pool area but the Guest House does not have wifi connectivity.
