Designed by Breese Architects, the pod style compound is built around the views, which are spread throughout the Main House and Guest Cottage, as well as the nicely integrated outdoor space, which includes patios and outdoor Living and Dining areas.

The dramatic Main Pod Great Room features an open design Living, Dining, and Kitchen with vaulted ceilings framed by two walls of floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors that look out over Vineyard Sound.

The Living Area anchors one end of the Great Room with seating to enjoy the views, while the Dining Area sits in the middle of space adjacent to a fireplace, and the Kitchen anchors the other end.

The fully-equipped Gourmet Kitchen has large center prep island/breakfast bar and quartz counters. Doors from the Great Room open to the covered porch and outdoor stone patio.

The next connected Pod over has a TV/Family Room with vaulted ceilings, media center, built-ins, and sectional seating. Another set of doors open out to the covered porch. There is a four-zone audio system.

The third Pod has two of the four Main House bedrooms, each with en suite bath. The Primary Bedroom has vaulted ceiling, water views, window seat, and deluxe Primary Bath with soaking tub, walk-in glass shower, and double vanity.

The other two Bedrooms are on the lower walkout level. They share a full bath with double vanity and shower.

The separate Guest Cottage suite has water views, vaulted ceiling, and a bath with walk-in glass shower.

The outdoor spaces include a covered porch with stone floors, fireplace, and Dining area. There is a large stone patio with outdoor Living/Lounge Area. Both spaces enjoy the sweeping water views.

A path leads down to the private sandy, north shore beach.
