Tucked away in a quiet area of Katama, this beautifully appointed retreat has been updated throughout with a soothing palette of coastal colors, luxurious amenities, top-notch features, and a PebbleTec gunite pool.

The modern-designed layout has open Living, Dining and Kitchen areas. The sunny Living Area has vaulted ceiling with beams, a fireplace (inoperable during summer months), and a wall of sliding glass doors that open to a large mahogany deck and the pool area.

A breakfast bar/prep counter connects the Cook's Kitchen and Dining Area to the living space for easy entertaining. The Kitchen is well equipped with granite counters and stainless appliances. There is another sliding door from the Dining Area out to the deck for outdoor grilling and dining.

Just off the Dining/Kitchen Area is a TV/Family Room with sectional seating, as well as a pantry, laundry area, and half bath.

There are two Primary Bedroom Suites. The first floor Primary Suite is really its own wing, with Office/Work area, walk-in closet, sleeping area with fireplace and private outdoor deck, plus an en suite bath with double marble vanity and walk-in glass shower.

The second-floor Primary Bedroom Suite has vaulted ceilings with skylight, and private with walk-in shower. There are two other Bedrooms, plus a Bonus Room, with playful bunk bed trundle for additional sleeping space. The bedrooms share a full bath with tub and shower.

There is a lower-level Media/Game/Fitness Room with foosball, seating area with large screen TV, and a Bar with stools. There is a Peloton bike for renter use (please bring your own shoes).

Outside, the heated gunite pool has a large bluestone surround with multiple lounging and relaxing areas, including an outdoor dining area with pergola, and a fire pit area with Adirondack chairs. There is also a large mahogany deck that opens from the living areas with lounge seating for outdoor entertaining.

The bike path is nearby and both South Beach and downtown Edgartown are about two miles away.

POOL NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees and included in the rent in July and August. Pool heat in June and September is an additional $250/week.
