This Country Retreat is privately tucked away near Lamberts Cove Beach, and features indoor-outdoor living with a pool, large patio, and Pool House.

The Main House first floor is anchored by a Great Room with vaulted ceiling and a wall of glass windows and arched French doors that open out to the pool area. The Living Area is framed int he room on one side by a large stone wall and fireplace. There is a second floor balcony overlook. 

The Dining Area sits between the Living Area and Gourmet Kitchen. A TV/Family Room also opens off the Dining Area. The Chef Kitchen features a center prep island, commercial stainless appliances, Farmers sink, and quartz counters. There is a sunny casual Dining Area with French doors that open to the patio and pool area for outdoor dining.

The walk-out lower level features a Media Room with large screen projection TV, sofa seating, Bar Area, Game Area with bumper pool, half bath, and sliding glass doors that open to the side yard. One of the four Bedrooms is also located on this level. 

The other three Bedrooms are on the second floor. The Primary has vaulted ceilings and en suite deluxe bath. The other two Bedrooms share a full bath.

There is also spill-over hangout and bonus space on the third floor, which is reachable via a steep stairway. 

Across the pool area, is the Pool House suite. It is outfitted with a sleeper sofa in an open Living Area, There is a Kitchenette with sink, and under-counter refrigerator, and there is a full bath as well.

The outdoor space is centered around the 18x36-foot pool. There is a stone patio surround with sunning/lounge areas, and a large pergola covered deck just off the Great Room. There is an outdoor Dining and Kitchen Area.

Family-friendly Lamberts Cove Beach is about half a mile away. Both Seth s Pond and Ice House Pond are nearby as well, for fresh water swimming. With a renter s permit, you can park at Lamberts Cove Beach or Long Point Beach.

POOL NOTE: Pool is not heated. Depth ranges from three to eight feet deep.
