This deluxe Compound With Main House, Guest House, and plunge pool sits on a tranquil section of West Tisbury near Seth's Pond and Lambert's Cove Beach.

The Main House features four-Bedrooms and four-and-a-half Baths, and the separate Guest House has one-Bedroom and one-Bath, plus a full Kitchen. There are nice touches throughout.

The first floor of the Main House features a sun-filled Great Room framed by a wall of glass windows and sliding doors. The Living Area anchors one end of the space, with the Dining Area and Chef's Kitchen anchoring the other end. Sliding glass doors open to both the back stone patio and pool area, as well as a large screened porch. The Chef Kitchen is a cook's dream, with French La Cornue induction range, center prep island/breakfast bar, marble counters, walk-in pantry, farmer's sink, and commercial appliances.

There is a first-floor Primary Bedroom with en suite bath. Sliders open to the back patio and pool area. There is a separate Office with desk and chair as well. The other three Bedrooms are upstairs. One has a private en suite Bath, and the other two Bedrooms share a Ful Bath.

In addition to the Screened Porch, there is a large granite patio with sun loungers, a custom stone-built outdoor shower, and the saltwater Plunge Pool that measures 14 by 7-feet with a depth of about 5-feet.

The separate Guest House is nearby but privately set. It features a loft-style open design with vaulted ceiling and Living, Dining, Kitchen Areas. The Gourmet Full Kitchen has a range, refrigerator, and microwave. In addition to the Bedroom and Bathroom, there is a second floor loft area with spillover Sleeping Area and a Peloton bike. The Guest House has its own private outdoor shower as well.

The Compound is located near Seth's Pond, and Lambert's Cove Beach is a short car or bike ride away. Lambert's Cove is one of the island's premier sandy beaches. The large crescent beach faces the Elizabeth Islands and has calm waters.

POOL + BEACH NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees and included in the August rent. Renters can go to town hall to get Lambert's Cove Beach passes that can used during their rental. 

NOTE: Turnover day is flexible.
