The house unfolds across three levels of living spaces, plus several decks and a covered patio. From the front entryway, you enter on the main (middle) level. The light-filled space features an open floor plan with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas, that are framed by glass windows and sliding doors that look out over the water and open to the main deck. The Living Area sits at one end of the space, with sofa seating and large screen TV. The Dining and Kitchen Areas anchor the other end of the room. The fully-equipped Chef's Kitchen has a large prep island/breakfast bar, stainless and cabinet-front appliances, and quartz counters. In addition to the Kitchen refrigerator, there are two refrigerator drawers in the built cabinets between the Dining Area and Kitchen.

Two of the five Bedrooms are also on this level. The Primary Bedroom is upstairs and has its own private water view deck. There is a separate Lounge sitting area as well on this floor, with its own private deck too. The other Bedrooms are on the lower walkout level. All five of the Bedrooms have their own private en suite Baths. The is a TV/Family Room on the lower level as well.

The main deck opens from the Living/Dining middle level. It has an outdoor dining table, plus an outdoor living area with gas fire pit. A spiral staircase leads down to the ground level, where there is a covered porch with additional seating. Lounge chairs are set up on the private beach, where there are also two standup paddleboards and two kayaks that guests can use out on the calm waters of Lagoon Pond.
