The sunny first floor features an open layout with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas farmed by a wall of water-facing glass windows and sliding doors that open out to the back deck and stone patio. The Living Area is centered around a large screen TV with sectional seating. There is a Dining Nook with bay windows, and a nicely-equipped Chef's Kitchen. It has commercial stainless appliances, stone counters, and breakfast bar.

The Bedrooms are all upstairs on the second floor, all have their own private en suite baths, and most enjoy water views. The Primary Bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a deluxe Bath with soaking tub and glass walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 also has its own private deck with views across Lagoon Pond. There is a lower walk-out level with fitness and game area.

The outdoor spaces include the back deck with hot tub, pergola, and lounge seating, plus a bluestone patio with outdoor dining area and fire pit. The house has nicely manicured grounds and gardens that lead down to the dock. Lagoon Pond is ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding, and smaller powerboats as well.
