POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This vintage Colonial with seasonal Guest House combines classic charm with modern touches and the convenience of being in-town within walking distance to all that the Village has to offer.

The traditional first floor layout features formal Living Room, Dining Room, TV/Family Room and Gourmet Kitchen. The recently renovated Kitchen has granite counters, farmer's sink, commercial stainless appliances, wide plank vintage floors, casual dining area, and sunny bay window.

There is also a first-floor Primary Bedroom with en suite bath. The other four Bedrooms are upstairs. One has an en suite bath and the other three Bedrooms share a full bath.

There is a separate two Bedroom Guest House with open loft-style Living, Dining, and full Kitchen Area (only available June thru September). A new bluestone patio has been added in the backyard with Dining Area and outdoor Living Area. A new enclosed outdoor shower has been added as well.

Downtown Edgartown, with its restaurants, shops, attractions, harbor, and beaches, is only a couple of blocks away.

NOTE: Guest House is only open June thru September. All other times only the five Bedroom Main House is available.

WINDOW A/Cs: Living Room, TV/Family Room, Bedrooms 1,2,3. Bedroom 4 has a freestanding room unit. **Bedroom 5 has no A/C. Guest House has one window A/C unit in Living Area.

PETS: Pets considered, pending owner approval. Additional fee required for pets, please inquire.

Some of the biggest events of the summer on Martha's Vineyard are moving a week later next year. The Agricultural Fair, Illumination Night, and the Oak Bluffs Fireworks are ALL moving to the third week of August in 2025 (August 15 - 24). This past summer, all those peak week events occurred during the second week. Given the popularity of that week, plus the other big events of August, lots of Martha's Vineyard vacation rentals are booked by repeat renters or get rented quickly. Truly The Perfect Experience

"

From the first dealings with Point B to the moment we left the house for the last time, it was truly the perfect experience. The house is beautiful, spacious, warm and charming. The six of us spent most of our time in the kitchen (of course!) where much baking, sautéing and tea making took place!

 

The bedrooms were perfect (especially the one with its own tiny bathroom and claw foot tub!) and the living room was so cozy with a fire and its comfy couch and chairs. I can’t say enough about Wendy, Andrew and the Point B team. I don’t think I have ever had such an easy exchange with such thoughtful people!!
