There is an outdoor teak dining table with chairs and umbrella, Adirondack chairs, sun loungers, plus a Grilling Area. There is also a covered mahogany front porch off the Living Area -- perfect for morning coffee or relaxing with a book as the sun rises over the eastern horizon.
New professional landscaping and gardens have been designed and added throughout the property. From its quiet, central Katama location, Edgartown Village is less than a mile and a half away, while South Beach is about two and a half miles away.
POOL NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees and included in the rent for July and August. In June and September, there is a $50/Night pool heat surcharge. If the pool is open in May and October, there is a $100/Night pool heat surcharge. Please inquire.
