The first floor features an open layout with Living and Dining Areas, plus a Gourmet Kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, and breakfast bar. One set of French doors opens to a sunny TV/Lounge Area with vaulted ceiling and large screen TV, the other set opens to a large screen porch for additional entertaining space.
One of the three Bedrooms is located on the first floor, as well as a full bath with shower. The Primary Bedroom is on the second floor with a sitting area and a private sun deck. It shares the newly updated full Bathroom with the other spacious Bedroom on the second floor.
