Tucked away on three acres in the Deep Bottom Pond enclave in West Tisbury, this architect-designed contemporary blends indoor-outdoor living, with sleek, modern style, from its heated lap pool and outdoor spaces to interior open layout with connecting pods.

The first floor of the main pod has open Living, Dining, and Kitchen spaces. The Living Area is anchored by a floor-to-ceiling, two-sided bluestone fireplace, that opens to both the Living Area and an adjacent Lounge Area that connects to the sleeping pod wing.

The Dining Area sits between the Living and Kitchen Areas. It is framed by a two-story atrium, with a pair of floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors that open to both the front of the house and to the back pool area. The sunny Gourmet Kitchen is wrapped by two walls of glass windows that overlook the pool area and side yard, and is outfitted with commercial appliances, breakfast bar, and marble counters.

A stairway from the Living Area leads to the deluxe Primary Bedroom on the second floor. It has a private sitting area, and luxurious en suite bath with double vanity, glass walk-in shower and soaking tub.

A door at one end of the Primary suite leads to a balcony walkway over the Dining Area to a TV/Family Room with large screen TV and sectional seating. On the other end of the Primary suite, a door connects across an outdoor deck walkway to the sleeping pod wing of the house, where the other three Bedrooms are located.

Bedroom #2 occupies the entire second floor. It has a private Lounge Area with media center, that can be closed off with barn doors. The other two Bedrooms are downstairs. All three have their own en suite baths.

Outdoor living and entertaining center around the 10 by 52-foot, heated, freshwater lap pool. There is a large deck outfitted with teak lounge and dining furniture, plus a Pool House with seating and a gas fireplace. There is a Sonos sound system throughout the house, as well as the deck, and Pool House.

Professionally landscaped grounds open up to walking trails around Deep Bottom Pond and the horse pastures. There are association tennis courts as well as a shared deep water dock on Deep Water Cove that leads out to Tisbury Great Pond.

The popular Long Point Beach and Wildlife Refuge are about a 10-minute drive away. The bicycle path is just outside the Deep Bottom Pond entry gates.

NOTE: Pool depth is 3 to 10-feet. Pool is heated to 82 degrees and included in the rent for July and August. In June and September, pool heat is an additional $300/week.
