Another must-visit is Mytoi, the serene Japanese garden tucked away on Chappaquiddick Island. Don’t forget to stop by the nearby beach for a peaceful moment by the ocean.

For spectacular views from the north shore of Martha’s Vineyard head up-island to Chilmark’s Menemsha Hills Reservation. Another picturesque route takes you along Middle Road from West Tisbury to Chilmark. Alternatively, head to East Beach on Chappaquiddick for a secluded and scenic sunset. The beach is less frequented in the fall, allowing you to enjoy the peaceful sound of the waves while the sky turns brilliant shades of pink and orange.
