Today begins the second day of the Teddy Bear Suite. Yesterday, dozens of people visited the Suite, room 201 at the Harbor View, and shared in the holiday magic. Children went from room to room meeting all the bears, sharing hugs and enjoying the splendor surrounding them. The teddy bears made a lot of people happy, and they are definitely doing their part to make Christmas in Edgartown beary special.
Another new, wonderful thing for this year is that you can take a teddy bear home with you as memento of 
the magic of the Teddy Bear Suite. For a donation of $10.00 or more, this adorable, cuddly bear can be all yours. Bear in mind this little friendt will be sure to make someone very happy, and the proceeds go to the Martha’s Vineyard Boys & Girls Club After School Program. We’re working hard with your help raise money for the remaining $243,000 needed to run this important program.
So far, we have raised a little over $2,000, but we would love to raise $5,000 or more this year. If you can’t visit the Teddy Bear Suite or would like to contribute, click here to make your tax-deductable donation. By the way, Point B Realty is contributing 50-cents for every dollar raised online, which could push our total up to $7,500 if we make our goal! Help us make the goal and support our Island kids.
We hope that even more friends visit the Teddy Bear Suite, where holiday memories are made, after the Christmas in Edgartown Parade. The bears will be there waiting for you!

- Saturday, December 8th, 12 – 6 p.m. (Keep an eye out for us at the Christmas in Edgartown Parade, we’ll be between the Boys & Girls Club and Harbor View Hotel floats!)
- Sunday, December 9th, 10 – 4 p.m. (Visit us after brunch at the Harbor View!)
