It was all smiles and handshakes, as Point B buyer client — and islander — Steve Handy Junior (right) closed on his first piece of real estate here on Martha’s Vineyard.
With help from family and friends, Steve plans to start clearing his one acre lot on Clay Pit Road in Edgartown right away, and if the winter weather cooperates, he’s hoping to finish his first home within six months.
