Since as far back as she can remember, Martha's Vineyard has been Rylee's happy place. As a child, the best part of each summer was the trips to Martha's Vineyard to visit her grandparents. Her deep-rooted love for the island was the perfect complement to her formative years growing up in the picturesque mountain town of Carrabassett Valley, Maine. Living at the base of Sugarloaf Mountain, Rylee developed an unbreakable bond with the slopes at a young age.
She went on to become an elite ski racer which culminated with her being named the captain and mentor for the Division 1 Alpine Ski Team at Colby College. After graduating, Rylee decided to leave Maine and trade in her skis for seashells.
Over the past two summers, Rylee became a top member of the Point B Vacation Rental Guest Services Team. In her new, expanded full-time role, she is now our Rental Marketing Specialist, where she is involved in all aspects of marketing our fast-growing vacation rental business.
With her childhood dream of making Martha’s Vineyard her permanent home now in place, when she’s not at the office, Rylee can be found pursuing her favorite pastime of combing the beaches of the Vineyard, looking for rare seashells and weathered sea glass. Nine out of ten times, you will find her on the north shore of the island looking for treasures. Rylee lives in Oak Bluffs.
