Kim has been spending time on Martha’s Vineyard her entire life, as her parents and grandparents both owned property in Edgartown. She brought her family back every summer, and they eventually bought their own house in 2010. Kim is now a full-time island resident.
With over 16 years of real estate experience, Kim began her career in New Canaan, Connecticut, specializing in residential and luxury homes. She has a thorough understanding of both the market and the Vineyard, and uses her expertise to help her clients find exactly what they're looking for. “Martha’s Vineyard is my happy place," says Kim, "and I am passionate about helping others find a place that brings them peace on this beautiful island.”
Kim is a member of the Board of Trustees of Kent School, and is also Head of the Planning Committee and member of the Real Estate Committee. This experience has given her a unique perspective on both real estate development and long term value.
In her spare time, Kim loves spending time with her two grown children, who live in Boston, and going to the beach with family, friends and her black lab, Brody.
