Originally from the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts, Heather moved to Martha's Vineyard after graduating college with a degree in Landscape Architecture. She quickly integrated into the Vineyard Haven community, establishing a successful home store on Main Street just three years after college. Beyond retail, Heather focused on community development, organizing events, advocating for consistent business hours, and providing opportunities for local youth.
With over twenty years of retail experience and active participation on various business boards, Heather possesses a deep understanding of the local community and a strong network of connections. Since selling her store, she continues to value these relationships in her professional endeavors.
In addition to her professional life, Heather is a mother to two sons, maintains gardens in West Tisbury, and enjoys yoga and gym activities. Her passion for helping people find their niche on Martha's Vineyard, whether through shopping, dining, art, music, nature, or creating personal spaces, fuels her energy both personally and professionally.
