Drawing on her diverse set of skills honed by 25 years of running corporate branding and marketing departments, online and print publishing companies, and working as one of the top-producing island realtors, she set out to build a multidisciplinary team of professionals. Together, the Point B team combines the best of real estate, property management, concierge and marketing services for the highest level of expertise and service.

Growing up, her family spent many beloved summers on Chappy's North Neck, so when her husband was offered a job on the island in the mid 80's, they leapt at the chance to move here year-round. Now, three children and 25 years later, Karen says it was the single best decision they ever made. "The island never loses its magic," she says. Martha remains very active within the island community. After running the weigh station for the Martha's Vineyard Striped Bass and Bluefish Derby for 20 years, she continues to serve on the Derby committe in additional to supporting and serving other island charities. In her free time, Martha enjoys boating and fishing with her husband Charlie, spending time with friends and family, as well as professionally showing and breeding Jack Russell Terriers.

In addition to raising her family of five children, Carol made her mark on the island by starting Espresso Love, one of the island's most successful and beloved food and coffee establishments, which she still owns. Carol's warm enthusiasm and can-do attitude transfers over to everything she does. Carol says that her true passion is being involved and helping people. "Real estate is also about helping people achieve their dreams of renting or buying a home on the island". Carol actively serves on two non-profit boards and is also the co-chair for the Martha's Vineyard Food & Wine Festival. In addition, she is author of a cookbook titled Table Talk and is in the process of writing a new cookbook inspired by the cooking vacations she hosts to Provence, France.
