Greetings from this magical, windswept island off the coast of Massachusetts. My name is Wendy Harman and I am the principal at Point B Realty here on Martha’s Vineyard.
Before I get started, you may be wondering why I chose the name Point B for my real estate company? Well, the answer is quite simple. To me, “Point B” represents a a destination — whether it be an actual place or a desired goal. At the same time however, getting to that destination is a process that requires a well-charted plan. Of course, you’ve heard the phrase “getting from Point A to Point B”. To me, the dream of buying a home and living on Martha’s Vineyard is just that: it’s about the place but more importantly, it’s about the process of getting here.
At Point B Realty, our goal is to most effectively – and successfully — guide our clients on their journey of renting or buying a home on the island of Martha’s Vineyard.
