Your Island Home kicked off its first special event of the summer at Bespoke Abode in Vineyard Haven, with interior designer Liz Stiving-Nichols, owner of both the boutique store and Martha’s Vineyard Interior Design.
Sponsored by Point B Realty of Edgartown, this unique summer series is a meet-and-greet program that pairs some of the top interior designers on Martha’s Vineyard, in casual, store and showroom-based settings, with a mix of invited guests that include year-round and seasonal residents, new homeowners, and other design professionals.
“What a great way to launch Your Island Home, ” said Point B Principal Broker/Owner Wendy Harman. “We had a lot of fun with a great mix of people. Not only were Liz and her designers full of new ideas and design trends, you could see a lot of latest in home design and furnishings right there in her boutique store and showroom.”
From the very popular Martha’s Vineyard zip code pillows to vintage and modern home furnishings, the styles at Bespoke Abode run from coastal classic to contemporary.
There was lots of mingling, and comparing design and style notes throughout the first night of Your Island Home.
The 25+ guests were treated to a nicely stocked wine and food bar, as well as some shopping and design specials at Bespoke Abode.
We’d like to thank everyone who came — especially Liz and her design team — for making the debut of Your Island Home such a success.
