Most of the rooms in both cottages have water views but none better than the main cottage living area which has vaulted ceiling, fireplace, white-washed floors, and lots of ocean-facing windows.
The Waterfront Cottages are part of the prestigious Upper Makonikey association on the Island’s north shore. An interesting mix of woodlands, ponds and ocean front, Upper Makonikey feels worlds away but is less than 10 minutes to downtown Vineyard Haven. In addition to the compound’s private beach, the association also has two private north shore beaches.
