This renovated Contemporary Cottage in the desirable Waterview Farm area enjoys water views across Sengekontacket Pond, as well as access to the nearby association beach and dock.

The single-level cottage enjoys bright and light-filled living spaces throughout. The Living Area has vaulted ceiling and is framed by three walls of glass windows and sliding doors that open to the front deck with sweeping water views out across Sengy. Back inside, on one side of the other end of the Living Room, a two-stool breakfast bar opens to the Kitchen, and on the other side, sits the Dining Area. The Kitchen is nicely equipped for vacation entertaining. A glass door opens to the back deck for outdoor dining, grilling, and lounging.

Down the hallway, thru a connecting pod, you find the two Bedrooms and Bathrooms. The Primary Bedroom has its own private Bath, while the guest Bedroom shares a full Bath. 

Outdoor entertaining opens across the two main decks. The front deck has lounge chairs that enjoy the sun and water views. The back deck hosts the outdoor dining and grilling area, as well as some additional seating for gatherings.

The Waterview Farm association has its own private dock and beach on Sengekontacket. The beach, boat launch, and dock are just a short walk from the Cottage. Waterview Farm abuts portions of Farm Neck Golf Club, and the bike path is at the end of the road. From its convenient location, both Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven, as well as State Beach are fairly close.
