The main living area pod features a light-filled Great Room with vaulted ceiling with beams, and a wall of glass windows and sliding doors that open out to the Pool and Pool Area. The Living Area anchors one end of the room with sofa and chair seating, with large screen TV. The Dining Area sits in the middle of the room, and the Chef's Kitchen anchors the other end. The Cook's Kitchen has center prep island/breakfast bar, stainless commercial appliances including an induction range, plus a separate walk-in pantry.

A hallway hyphen connects the Living Pod to Bedroom Pod. The Primary Bedroom has vaulted ceiling with beams, TV, and deluxe Primary Bath. The other two Bedrooms share a Jack and Jill deluxe bath.
