Point B Exclusive - This newly-built Modern Farmhouse is tucked away in a quiet and centrally located neighborhood in Oak Bluffs.

The first floor features an open floor plan with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area has seating with large screen TV. The nicely equipped Chef's Kitchen has center prep island/breakfast bar, stainless appliances, and quartz counters.

All three Bedrooms have private en suite baths. There are two Primary Bedrooms, both with deluxe baths. One is located on the first floor, and the other is upstairs, and features its own private sun deck.

The outdoor spaces include the front farmer's porch, plus a back deck and patio that opens off the living spaces, for outdoor dining and grilling. From its convenient central location, the Arts District and downtown Oak Bluffs are a quick bike or car ride away.

The house was beautiful and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was close to other nearby towns as well as the center of Oak Bluffs. The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with the smoke detector, it was just acting up in the end. Great vacation, will be back to the Vineyard again!

Wonderful Memorial Weekend Stay!

We had a wonderful stay here over Memorial Day Weekend with my parents and children. We brought only our bikes and this location was amazing for exploring the towns, bike trails, and beaches by bike. The house was beautiful and clean and so comfortable and welcoming. Would highly recommend.
