The first floor features an open Living Area, Dining Area, and Chef Kitchen. The Living Area is centered around a fireplace and large screen TV with sofa and club chair seating. The Dining Area sits between the Living Area and the Kitchen. It is framed by a wall of glass windows and doors that open out to the Pool Area for outdoor dining and entertaining.

The nicely-equipped Gourmet Kitchen has a center prep island/breakfast bar, stainless appliances, farmer's sink, wine refrigerator, and white quartz counters. A set of barn doors in the Kitchen opens to the Den. A wall of glass doors and transom windows opens from the Den to the front entryway. The Sleeping Den is set up with a Full Size Day Bed. The first floor also has a full shared bathroom.

NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees and included in the rent for July and August. In June and September, there is a $300/week heating surcharge for the pool heat. Living Room fireplace is not for renter use.
